Kapil Sharma says Archana Puran Singh does ‘EMI wala love’ with Parmeet Sethi: ‘She buys whatever she likes from the market…’

On the latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, Kapil Sharma joked about the 'EMI wala love' that Archana Puran Singh shares with her husband, Parmeet Sethi.

Comedian Kapil Sharma hosted Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Ravjiani, Shaan, and Neeti Mohan on the Independence Day special episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3. While the guests shared interesting anecdotes about their live performances, Kapil lauded Neeti’s talent as he welcomed her on stage, and also seized the moment to crack a joke at Archana Puran Singh’s expense.

Welcoming Neeti, Kapil said, “Whenever I see Neeti, she is so sweet and sings so nicely. I still remember her first song, ‘Ishqwala Love’. You know, Neeti, there is something called EMI wala love too that Archanaji does with her husband, Parmeet Sethi.”

‘Archana buys whatever she likes, and Parmeet keeps paying the EMIs for them’

Kapil went on to explain, “She buys whatever she likes from the market, and he keeps paying the EMIs for them. 3-4 weeks back, when she went to see a match, she brought Sidhuji, now Netflix is paying his EMI.” Cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu joined The Great Indian Kapil Show this year, after taking a sabbatical from Kapil’s show in 2019.

Earlier, Navjot Singh Sidhu revealed that he agreed to join Kapil Sharma’s Netflix India show only on the condition that Archana Puran Singh would also be part of it. In one of his vlogs, Sidhu had shared, “When it came to Archana Puran Singh, I just said one thing, ‘I am a devotee of Goddess Durga, how can I be the reason for her losing her job?’ I requested the makers to keep her, and now we will both appear on the show together. We are finally back together. All of us, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, we are all part of the same engine.”
