Ira Khan married her longtime boyfriend Nupur Shikhare in 2024. But before they decided to get married, Nupur had to pass a test in front of Ira's brother Junaid Khan. Junaid recently shared that he always had a deal with his sister for the guys she decides to date. The boys were invited home and had to participate in a drinking game with Junaid. He shared that this was a test so his sister could see the guy at his most vulnerable in a drunk state, and decide for herself if she wanted to date him. And Nupur had to get through the same test as well. In a chat with Hauterrfly, Junaid shared, "My only thing with my sister was that you can date whoever you want but you must bring them home and they have to have a drinking contest with me. They get to pick the liquor. The rules are we both take a shot every 15 minutes and if someone is unable to take a shot or throws up, they lose. As long as they beat me in a drinking contest, everything is fine. That has been my deal with my sister always. The idea being that she should see them at their drunkest. So she's looked after a lot of boyfriends. Well, a few boyfriends when they have been hammered." Junaid said that Nupur knew when to stop drinking so Junaid allowed him to win but what happened next was quite unexpected. "Ira took a video of it and it was very sweet. We spent rest of the night on the bathroom floor with Ira next to him. Then I picked him up and I put him in bed and then he cuddled with me all night because he was in my bed," Junaid shared with a laugh. Junaid and Ira are the children of Aamir Khan and his first wife Reena Dutta.
