After five years of tying the knot, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have finally released their long-awaited wedding video. They chose to premiere it on the eighth season of the popular chat show, Koffee With Karan.” The video moved Karan Johar to tears and he was all hearts for the couple.

The video begins with Ranveer delivering a heartfelt speech at a pre-wedding ceremony. He reflects on the journey of his relationship with Deepika, expressing amazement at how, a few years ago, he couldn’t have imagined marrying her. There are beautiful glimpses of their wedding at Lake Como, with sweet moments like Ranveer wiping Deepika’s tears and expressing his love just before the wedding. It also captures the excitement of Deepika staying hidden and not coming in front of Ranveer until the ceremony.

Deepika’s father Prakash Padukone said in the video, “He is very fond of her. He is exactly the opposite of our family. We are all quiet. But I think it is a good change.I think we are boring, all four of us. I think he will bring life.”

The emotions run high as Ranveer is seen shedding tears, and his father kisses his cheeks. There are happy scenes of Ranveer dancing by the lakeside during the mehendi function, Deepika adorned with fine jewellery as she gets ready for the wedding and they also exchange vows at the mandap.

Deepika said in the video, “I was attracted to the person, most of the world had not seen. There is a quite side to him, there is a very intelligent side to him, there is a very sensitive side to him. I love the fact that he cries. When all the ceremonies were done, something changed.”

Ranveer and Deepika got married at Lake Como in Italy in two separate wedding ceremonies in 2018. The couple also hosted two wedding receptions.
