Inside Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha’s engagement, with Priyanka Chopra: Of fam-jams, happy parents and ‘glam fits’

Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra got engaged to politician Raghav Chadha on Saturday. It was a star-studded evening, with guests including Parineeti’s sister and global icon Priyanka Chopra, fashion designer Manish Malhotra, and the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal. Priyanka, who arrived in New Delhi on Saturday, shared unseen pictures from the engagement ceremony on her Instagram handle.

Priyanka wrote in the caption, “Congratulations Tisha and Raghav… Cannot wait for the wedding! So happy for you both and the families. so fun to catch up with the fam.” Priyanka shared a lovely picture of the couple, followed by pictures featuring her family members like Siddharth Chopra and Kamini Chopra among others. The actor also shared a dapper picture with her brother Siddharth, in which the duo was donning shades.

On her Instagram stories, Priyanka gave a sneak-peek into the celebrations and she also shared an adorable snap of Parineeti’s parents. She wrote, “Proud parents of the bride.” Giving a detailed look of her ruffled saree, Priyanka shared a mirror selfie and wrote, “When the night’s done and you have to rush to the airport. A pause for the fit.”

Parineeti and Raghav got engaged at Delhi’s Kapurthala House. The couple, who posed for the media after engagement, took to their Instagram handles to share their first pictures from the ceremony. Parineeti wrote in the caption, “Everything I prayed for…I said yes…Waaheguru ji meher karan.”
