Inside Aditi Govitrikar’s house which has a living room that turns into a bedroom, a secret fridge, and a sea facing balcony
Actor and doctor Aditi Govitrikar shows off her stunning Mumbai home, with secret features, beautiful views, a peaceful balcony, and a huge TV.

Aditi Govitrikar has a remarkable resume, to say the least. She has appeared in films such as De Dana Dan (2009), Paheli (2005), 16th December (2002), and Bheja Fry 2 (2011). In addition to her acting career, she is a trained doctor and also the first Indian woman to win the Mrs. World title. Recently, Aditi invited her fans to take a peek inside her impressive Mumbai home, which boasts elegant décor, stunning views, and delightful surprises.

At the start of the house tour, Aditi Govitrikar greeted her fans in a traditional Maharashtrian saree and invited them first to the living room. She explained how she doesn’t like a lot of clutter and said, “You will notice that the colours are very neutral. I like straight lines and comfortable space. I don’t slap a painting on the wall or keep a sculpture just because I have space; I like it clean and simple.” She showed off her huge TV in the room and admitted that she and her friends watch a lot of movies right there in that spot. Aditi then took fans to the second part of the living room, which had an interesting feature to it.

From the looks of it, it doesn’t look any different than your usual living room, but then Aditi explained that the walls around that particular part of the room come out to close it off from the rest of the house. She demonstrated the same and revealed that the sofa can also turn into a bed and that the tiny room also has a bathroom attached to it, making it the perfect guest bedroom. “It’s perfect for when we have people over, or my son has his friends visiting him. You can just slide the walls out, and you get a separate room.”

Aditi Govitrikar showed off her balcony, where she likes to meditate or even eat breakfast sometimes. “I like my balcony a lot. I think some of my friends come to meet me just to experience that balcony.” She then took fans to her kitchen, which had all kinds of glasses, some of which were actually candle holders that were converted to glasses. The actress then revealed another secret addition to her house and said, “Now I will show you something which many people of my building came to see so that they could get the architects to build it for them.” What she showed was a secret fridge hidden behind a panel in the wall, which was stocked up with wine, soft drinks, and a lot of coffee.

Aditi Govitrikar also showed her study room, which had a table, upon which her Mrs World crown, her favourite plant, and a picture of her father were kept.
