Filmy Friday: Akshay Kumar’s ‘Entertainment’ releases today

Akshay Kumar is all set to return to the big screen with 'Entertainment' that hits screens this Friday.

Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar is all set to return to the big screen with his comedy flick, ‘Entertainment’ that hits screens this Friday.

Starring Akshay Kumar and ‘Humshakals’ actress Tamannaah Bhatia, ‘Entertainment’ is a slapstick comedy about a man named Akhil Lokhande who competes with his late millionaire father’s dog for the family wealth.

Directed by Sajid-Farhad, ‘Entertainment’, promises to keep fans doubled up with laughter owning to all of Akhil’s antics in trying to outwit ‘Entertainment’ the intelligent dog.

The film has already garnered much attention, thanks to its peppy song ‘Johnny Johnny’. ‘Entertainment’ will also premiere in London on August 8.

However, the film has gotten into a bit of trouble. The censor board has objected to the way Johny Lever’s character’s name has been mispronounced in the forthcoming film ‘Entertainment’ and asked its makers to change it.

The film also features Govinda’s nephew Krushna Abhishek who plays Akshay’s friend in the movie.
