Fan asks Bobby Deol about his multiple marriages in Animal, actor replies ‘Deols are very romantic’: ‘Humara dil bharta he nahi’

On The Great Indian Kapil Show, while answering a fan's question, Bobby Deol heaped praise on his wife Tanya Deol and called her 'wonderful and simple'.

Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol stole the show with their hilarious antics on the latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show. During a segment where Kapil read fan letters for Bobby, one fan jokingly mentioned copying everything about Bobby, including his gym body. The fan humorously added that after watching Bobby’s film Animal, in which he gets married thrice, his own wife isn’t allowing him to do the same.

Listening to this, Sunny and Bobby burst into laughter. Bobby replied saying, “The problem is that Deols are very romantic. Humara dil bharta he nahi. But true love exists and I have been married for 28 years. And I am very blessed that I have a wonderful, simple, beautiful woman called Tanya, who’s my wife.”

For the unversed, in the film Animal, Bobby Deol plays the antagonist. His character Abrar gets married thrice. Animal is helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.

In an earlier interview with Zoom, Bobby Deol opened his wife Tanya. He said, “I am a very broad-minded person. I never stopped my wife from working, or subdue her, or make her feel less about herself. I am what I am because of my wife. It’s just that I am blessed. Neither my mother nor my wife was forced to stay away from the limelight. My wife is her own person. She has always had the liberty to make her own decisions. To not make public appearances is her own call.”
