Emraan Hashmi celebrates 45th birthday with fans, makers of They Call Him OG drop actor’s first look: ‘Happy birthday deadliest Omi bhau’ 

Emraan Hashmi, who is celebrating his birthday today, cut cakes with fans while his admirers took to social media to praise his look from the upcoming Telugu film They Call Him OG, starring Pawan Kalyan in the lead role.

Emraan Hashmi turned 45 on Sunday and what better way to celebrate his birthday and treat his fans than to reveal the first look from his upcoming film. The makers of director Pawan Kalyan-starrer They Call Him OG, unveiled Hashmi’s first look from the movie on his birthday today. The actor will be seen playing a gangster named Omi Bhau in the film. The intriguing poster depicts Emraan sporting a beard, long hair, and a scar on his eyebrow while smoking.

Producer DVV Danayya shared the poster on social media, writing, “Happy Birthday deadliest OMI BHAU…@emraanhashmi. Couldn’t imagine a clash more electrifying than with #OG #TheyCallHimOG.”

 

With They Call Him OG, the Murder actor will make his Telugu cinema debut. The film also features Priyanka Arul Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Sriya Reddy, Harish Uthaman, Tej Sapru, Abhimanyu Singh, and Ajay Ghosh. The highly anticipated movie, with music by S Thaman, is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 27 this year.

Fans of Emraan Hashmi are excited to see him battle it out with Pawan Kalyan on-screen. “Madly waiting to see this Clash. Meanwhile, paparazzi photos and videos show that Emraan Hashmi, who has won his fans over with his memorable performances in films such as Jannat, Murder, and Gangster, chose to celebrate his special day with fans. In the visuals, just like previous years, Emraan can be seen cutting several birthday cakes brought by his fans and posing for photographs with them. The video also shows him accepting flowers from a fan.
