Dhanashree Verma is manifesting love again after bitter divorce with Yuzvendra Chahal; Farah Khan shocked: ‘Firse?’

In her latest vlog, Farah Khan visited actor, dancer, and cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal’s ex-wife Dhanashree Verma at her Mumbai home. The filmmaker shared a tour of Dhanashree’s artistic space, giving viewers a glimpse into her world. However, it was one comment from the actor that caught Farah Khan and the audience by surprise. During the home tour, Dhanashree explained the backstory of the art pieces she has collected and also shared how her grandmother created paintings while suffering from Parkinson’s disease. Farah appeared impressed by the collection and especially admired one particular painting featuring two birds perched together on a tree branch, calling it her favourite.

Farah’s remark prompted Dhanashree to reveal that she is manifesting love again after her much-publicised and bitter divorce from Yuzvendra Chahal. Talking about the painting, Farah said, “This is my favourite.” Dhanashree quickly responded, explaining the meaning of the artwork and said, “Love birds. I am manifesting (love).” Her candid comment surprised Farah, who commended her spirit. The Main Hoon Na director replied, “Firse (again)? Very brave of you,” while giving her a side hug.

In an earlier interaction with Humans of Bombay, Dhanashree had opened up about her struggles following the divorce and how online trolling took a toll on her family. “I had to stay strong to make my parents feel better. We belong to this generation, so we know not to pay attention to negative comments, but how do you explain that to your parents? My parents’ friends would call them. ‘Yeh kya ho gaya?’ It was a delicate situation because I also needed strength and so did my parents.”

She had admitted that she “haven’t healed completely” after the divorce and also called out her ex-husband for the “Be Your Own Sugar Daddy” T-shirt stunt after their divorce hearing. She said, “Everybody is sad and then there is the media circus. You have to be mature about it. I chose maturity over passing immature statements because I don’t want to disturb his or my family values.”

Yuzvendra Chahal and  Dhanashree Verma tied the knot in 2020, but they parted ways in 2022. Since then Yuzvendra has been linked to RJ Mahvash and the two have often been seen together in public events.
