Deepika Padukone on her wedding: I have always looked forward to it like any other girl

Deepika Padukone is excited about her wedding, which is going to take place on November 14 of this year.

Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are all set to tie the knot on November 14 of this year. The two took to Twitter to announce the good news. And since then, people have been speculating about the impending wedding. While not many details have come up, Deepika recently opened up about it in an interview with India Today.

“I’m excited in the same way as I’m excited about signing my next film. Marriage is something that I’ve always looked forward to in my life, as would any other girl,” she said, adding that her life would not change much after marriage.

Deepika further said she is inspired by her parents, Prakash Padukone and Ujjala Padukone, who have been happily married for decades now. “I’ve seen my parents do it so well and so successfully and I think for me, that’s the way I would like my married life to be as well,” the actor said.

For a few months now, Deepika and Ranveer have been showering love on each other on social media. Deepika also spilled beans on her equation with Ranveer on Koffee With Karan Season 6.

During the rapid fire round, Deepika Padukone was asked what she loves, hates and tolerates about Ranveer Singh. The actor answered, “I love him for his emotional capabilities and that he is extremely expressive. Hate him for his lifestyle pattern and I tolerate his fashion sense.”
