Bhuvan Bam recalls unforgettable moment with Snoop Dogg: ‘All I could think of was Singh Is Kinng’
Bhuvan Bam shared his excitement about meeting iconic rapper Snoop Dogg and revealed that, after their encounter, Snoop invited him to attend his concert.

Bhuvan Bam’s journey from YouTube to the world of film and OTT series has been remarkable. Recently, he joined Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor on her show, What Women Want, to talk about his many dreams that have come true in the past few years. Among them, he fulfilled his dream of traveling to USA, where he had the chance to meet iconic rapper Snoop Dogg. Bhuvan also revealed that after their meeting, Snoop invited him to his concert.
During the conversation, Bhuvan recalled that he flew to the US for the first time to attend a conclave, where Snoop was also scheduled to appear. He shared that as he was preparing for his speech in the green room, Snoop unexpectedly entered, surrounded by a thick cloud of smoke. “I was sitting in the green room, feeling very nervous. There was a curtain there, and first, the smoke came through the curtain, and then Snoop Dogg emerged through it, bringing that vibe with him. He sat comfortably on the couch and offered me that thing. I looked at him, and the first thought that came to my mind was Singh Is Kinng.” Bhuvan added, “Obviously, he’s had legendary collaborations with Dr. Dre, but my mind immediately went to his rap in Singh Is Kinng. I was contemplating asking him about that,” he said.
Bhuvan continued, “Then Snoop himself asked me, ‘Where are you from?’ I told him India, and he mentioned that he had done a song in India. I responded, ‘Singh Is Kinng!'” Later, Bhuvan shared that Snoop invited him to attend his live show at Paramount Studios. “It was unbelievable. I never thought I would get such an opportunity,” he said.
Snoop Dogg famously rapped and featured alongside Akshay Kumar in the title track for Singh Is Kinng, in which he even sported a turban and sherwani. The film was a box office success, and its soundtrack became an evergreen chartbuster.
