Bhagyashree was convinced Salman Khan was flirting with her, kept singing in her ear: ‘Behave yourself, what’s wrong with you?’

Looking back on how she maintained the secrecy around their relationship while filming Maine Pyar Kiya, Bhagyashree said, “My friendship with Salman got really thick, because of one crazy fact. Salman had a common friend with Himalaya ji, and he came to know about us before the entire world. He was the first person to know. We were shooting for ‘Dil Deewana Bin Sajna Ke’, and we were in Ooty for about a month. Salman comes, and starts singing the song in my ear. That particular day, we had press on the set, and Salman had never behaved like this. He would nudge me a little bit, come close, and again start singing. And I was like, ‘Why is he trying to flirt with me? Why is he acting funny?'”

Bhagyashree said that she ‘got nervous’ and took Salman aside. “Behave yourself, what’s wrong with you?” she asked him, which is when Salman revealed what was happening. “I know where the Dil Deewana is happening,” he told her coyly. Once the game was up, Salman suggested to Bhagyashree that she could invite Himalaya to set secretly. “He can stay with me in my room, and everyone on the set will think he’s my friend,” Salman told her. But Bhagyashree was too terrified to take up the offer. This was, however, the first time that they bonded. Bhagyashree recently appeared in a cameo in Salman’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
