Badshah on reports of him dating Mrunal Thakur: ‘Sorry to disappoint you yet again’

Days after reports of him dating actor Mrunal Thakur started doing the rounds on social media, rapper Badshah on Tuesday said it was not true.

Badshah, whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, and Mrunal were photographed holding hands at Shilpa Shetty’s Diwali party over the weekend. The rapper, 37, took to his Instagram Stories to share a note alluding to the reports.

“Dear Internet, sorry to disappoint you as yet again but jaisa aap soch rahe hain waisa nahin hai (it’s not like that),” Badshah wrote.

Mrunal Thakur, 31, is yet to comment on the reports. In April, Badshah denied tying the knot with model Isha Rikhi. He was previously married to Jasmine Masih for eight years, and they have a daughter.

A few days back, Mrunal posted a video clarifying that she was not in a relationship with a Telugu actor. After producer Allu Aravind said at an event that he wanted the Sita Ramam actor to settle down in Hyderabad, several reports suggested that she was in a relationship with someone from Hyderabad.

On the work front, Mrunal Thakur was recently seen in the Hind film Pippa alongside Ishaan Khatter and Priyanshu Painyuli. She will soon be seen in the Telugu film Hi Nanna, starring Nani in the lead role. Post that, she has Family Star with Vijay Deverakonda.
