Badass Ravikumar vs Loveyapa box office collection day 4: It appears that both the Himesh Reshammiya-starrer Badass Ravikumar and Loveyapa, featuring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, are locked in a bizarre contest to outdo each other in underperformance. Following a dismal opening weekend, both films miserably failed the crucial first Monday test, earning nearly the same amount and collectively managing just over Rs 1 crore.
While Reshammiya’s cringefest, directed by Keith Gomes, and Khan-Kapoor’s romantic comedy, helmed by Advait Chandan, have been struggling at the box office since their release on Friday, Monday marked a new low for both films. According to early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, Badass Ravikumar recorded an India nett collection of just Rs 61 lakh on its fourth day in theatres, while Loveyapa earned Rs 55 lakh. Compared to their Sunday earnings — Rs 1.4 crore for Badass Ravikumar and Rs 1.75 crore for Loveyapa — Monday’s figures reflect steep declines of 56.43 per cent and 68.57 per cent, respectively. This brings their domestic totals to Rs 6.76 crore and Rs 5.1 crore, respectively.
