Arjun Kapoor’s friends and his views on Priyanka, Katrina: Things we got to know through his Twitter chat

Believe it or not, today’s actors are bigger stars due to the presence of social media, especially Twitter. The twitterati do their share of fan-love by indulging in frequent fandom wars and defending their most favourite stars. In turn, their idols oblige them with frequent Twitter chats.

What took our attention in the chat was Arjun’s quirky answers. First things first, Arjun would be one of the very few filmstars, who have their grammar basics and spell checks right. Even by having a look at his Twitter timeline, one can vouch for Arjun’s English repertoire.

But one thing that really disappointed us was Arjun’s answer to who his best friend in the industry was. He replied, “Rohit Dhawan and Abhishek Varman.” Rohit is Bollywood heartthrob Varun Dhawan’s elder brother and director of Akshay Kumar, John Abraham starrer ‘Desi Boyz’, whereas Abhishek Varman is ‘2 States’ director.

Does that answer mean, Ranveer Singh is no longer Arjun Kapoor’s best friend, for that was what we have felt all this while? Or maybe, Ranveer is just a friend, opposed to what we have heard or felt.

Also, Arjun’s other answers were equally striking. When asked about his ‘Gunday’ co-star Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Kapoor said, “She’s the coolest most fiercely independent woman I know.”
