Arjun Kapoor left ‘speechless’ as ex-girlfriend Malaika Arora dances in front of him: ‘Meri bolti band ho chuki hai saalo se’

Post Malaika’s performance, show’s host Haarsh Limbachiyaa asked Arjun for his reaction. “Meri bolti band ho chuki hai saalo se, mai abhi bhi chup rehna chahta hu (I’ve been speechless for years; I prefer prefer remaining silent even now),” said the actor, while Malaika was left blushing. Arjun added, “But I want to say this: I have got a chance to hear all my favourite songs, which just show the career and the life that she has had.”

Arjun went on to say, “The kind of music, the kind of performances, and the fact that we can pay tribute to somebody who is still doing such an amazing job, so congratulations, Malaika. You know how much I love all these songs. It was wonderful to see you being celebrated like this.” Malaika gracefully reacted to Arjun’s compliment with a smile and said ‘thank you’.

Continuing the banter, when she asked Haarsh Limbachiyaa if he had any reaction, he said that he did. On this, Remo said, “She is asking as if she is going to get the trophy.” Arjun added to this by saying, “Inki competition ko mujhse acha kon jaanta hai. (No one knows about their competitiveness better than me).”

The show host Haarsh asked Malaika if she had anything to say in this but the actor replied, “Nothing, aage bado (Move forward).”

For the unversed, Malaika and Arjun started dating in 2018 but the duo dated parted their ways last year. Arjun Kapoor was the one who first admitted that he was single.

Arjun Kapoor’s upcoming film Mere Husband Ki Biwi, also starring Rakul Preet Singh, will release in theatres on February 21.
