Animal song ‘Hua Main’: Ranbir Kapoor maintains stoic expression as he marries Rashmika Mandanna against her family’s wishes

The first song of director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film Animal, titled ‘Hua Main’, was unveiled on Wednesday. The romantic number, featuring Ranbir Kapoor as Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna as Gitanjali, has been penned by Manoj Muntashir Shukla and composed by Pritam. The song showcases the intense love story of the film’s lead couple.

The song begins with Gitanjali’s family rebuking her for being in a relationship with Arjun. In revolt, the couple share a long, intense kiss. Next, Arjun takes Gitanjali for a ride in a private jet and then to a temple amid snow-capped mountains, where they get married. While Rashmika looks innocent in love, Ranbir’s face stays stoic. His expression doesn’t change for the most of the song, apart from the occasional crooked smile.

The song is performed by Raghav Chaitanya and Pritam. It was shared online with the caption, “Love has no limits. Witness its passion with Hua Main.” Rashmika also shared the song on social media and wrote, “Our Hua Main is now yours to enjoy.”

The teaser of Animal was released a few days back. It revealed the complicated relationship that Ranbir’s character has with his father, played by Anil Kapoor. Bobby Deol’s brief appearance as the antagonist left his fans intrigued. After the teaser was released, viewers were quick to draw comparisons between director Vanga’s last blockbuster Kabir Singh and Animal, especially after watching Ranbir threatening Rashmika to not talk ill about his father.

Animal will hit the theatres on December 1.
