After ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, director Kabir Khan gears up for ‘Phantom’

Kabir Khan is all set to enthral fans with his next big release, 'Phantom'.

After striking a chord with audiences through Salman Khan starrer ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Kabir Khan is all set to enthral fans with his next big release, ‘Phantom’.

The trailer of the film starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, created quite a stir and was trending on Twitter for two days in a row.

‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ told the tale of a man’s courage and strength as he dropped a little girl back to home country, Pakistan after she wandered across the border by mistake.

Set against the backdrop of the horrific 26/11 terrorist attacks that shook Mumbai to its very core, ‘Phantom’ tells the tale of a young agent who goes to prison undercover, gathering all kinds of information to prepare him for his attack against those responsible for mercilessly taking away so many innocent lives.

“After directing a film like ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, a story I wanted to tell, I am coming up with ‘Phantom’ which is an edgy thriller. Both are very different in treatment and deal with contrasting aspects of the same issue,” said Kabir Khan.
