Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput’s wedding preparations going in full swing

According to reports, Shahid and Mira’s wedding will be a small affair with only 40-50 people in attendance, but the couple will host a grand reception at a five star hotel in Mumbai soonafter.

A source told Mid-day.com: “He will invite all his friends from the industry. The menu will comprise a mix of vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes.”

The couple, who will wear outfits designed by ace designer Masaba, will have a traditional Punjabi style wedding. “The wedding will be preceded by a mehendi and sangeet ceremony on July 6. It will be an intimate affair with only 40 to 50 guests in attendance. They will all be put up at Hotel Trident in Gurgaon. Shahid will fly to Delhi on July 2 along with his family. The marriage ceremony will take place in traditional Punjabi style at a farmhouse there,” the source added.

Shahid Kapoor’s friends including Vikas Bahl, Masaba, Madhu Mantena and Vishal Bhardwaj will be attending the wedding in Delhi. The actor has also sent an invitation to ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan.

After speculations about Shahid having a destination wedding in Greece, the couple will finally get hitched in Delhi.
