Big Boss Season 10 contestant Bani J

The contestants wake up to the song ‘Maine Paidal Se Ja Raha Tha’. After waking up contestants realize that there is no water in the house, not even in the loo. The gas stoves aren’t working either. And then contestants are introduced to a new weekly task. The four nominated contestants would have to cycle all day in order to keep the gas and water running. A new captaincy task is announced. Every contestant will have a test tube containing coloured water, which represents some other contestants’ name.

After every alarm, one contestant’s test tube will need to be emptied. Mona Lisa is carrying Gaurav Chopra’s test tube. Manveer is allotted Sahil Anand’s test tube, whereas Manu is given Nitibha Kaul’s test tube. Likewise, Gaurav Chopra – Manu Punjabi, Swami Om – Manveer Gurjar, Lopamudra Raut – Mona Lisa and Nitibha Kaul is given Lopamudra’s test tube.

The first alarm goes off and Manveer empties Sahil’s test tube thus snatching away from him the chance of becoming a captain. His reason is that Sahil is new and would take time to adjust to the house rules. Nitibha finds out that contestants are plotting against her, after hiding behind the couch and overhearing the conversation.

> Second alarm goes off, and Manveer empties Nitibha’s test tube. Bigg Boss wakes up everyone in the middle of the night by setting the wake up alarm off, as the nominated contestants had stopped cycling. Bani J continues cycling, and lashes out at co-contestants for not being supportive. She complains that no contestant has come to them to boost her morale. The conversation continues until morning.

Rahul Dev and Bani J get into an argument. Rahul says that contestants did come to boost her morale, but swore and hence they went away. Bani says that she swore because Nitibha only gave gratification to Jason, Elena and Rahul, and hence she felt bad.

Court rejects NIA plea for polygraph test on men accused of harbouring Pahalgam attackers

A court in Jammu has rejected the NIA's plea to conduct a polygraph test on two men arrested for the Pahalgam terror attack. The court cited the right against self-incrimination and the need for reliability and voluntariness of statements as reasons for the rejection. The accused declined their consent for the test after the court explained the procedure in Urdu.
