The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) on March 29 released the hall tickets for the secondary and senior secondary public exams 2024. Students who are appearing for the April and May session exams can download their admit cards from the official website – nios.ac.in or sdmis.nios.ac.in.
The Class 10 and 12 examinations April-May 2024 will be conducted from April 6 to May 22 across India and abroad. The examination will be conducted in single shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm for most of the subjects. For some subjects, the exam will be conducted between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4 pm.
Step 1: Visit the official website nios.ac.in or sdmis.nios.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the exam and results section on the homepage and then go to ‘Examination’
Step 3: Click on examination and then click on the hall ticket link
Step 4: Enter your enrollment number
Step 5: The hall ticket will appear on the screen
Step 6: Download the admit card and save for future reference
As per the NIOS guidelines, it is mandatory for the students to carry their admit card to the examination centre on all exam days. If a student does not bring their admit card to the examination centre, they will not be allowed to take the examination on that particular day.
Students will get 15 minutes of reading time from 2.15 pm to 2.30 pm on all days before the commencement of the examination. At that time candidate can only review question paper without writing any answers.
