NEET UG 2024 Admit Card Download: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 on May 2. Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official NEET website  — exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.

NEET UG is scheduled to be conducted on May 5 from 2 pm to 5:20 pm. The exam is a pen-paper-based test. The duration of the test would be three 3 hours and 20 minutes. NEET UG 2024 result declaration is on June 14.

The NEET UG 2024 comprises four subjects. Each subject will consist of two sections. Section A will consist of 35 questions and Section B will have 15 questions, out of these 15 questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 questions.

NEET UG 2024 Admit Card Live Updates: Postcard size photograph

The candidate must download all the three pages and paste a postcard-sized photograph on page 2 before arriving at the center.

NEET UG 2024 Exam Live Updates: NTA's instructions to over 24 lakh medical aspirants appearing exam tomorrow

The NTA has urged all candidates to refrain from engaging in any form of unfair means or practices. The agency has also adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards malpractices and has introduced a series of robust measures to prevent any attempts to compromise the examination, NTA said in a statement issued late last night.

NTA has implemented various measures such as multistage biometric authentication for both candidates and invigilation staff, surprise visits by flying squads, utilization of AI tools to identify discrepancies in candidates' application details, thorough invigilation supervision, among others.

NEET UG 2024 Admit Card: Paper pattern

The paper will have four sections-- Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. Each section will be further divided into two parts-- A and B. Part A will have 35 questions, all of which need to be answered. Part B will have 15 questions out of which 10 need to be answered. Section A will be for 140 marks, section B will be for 40 marks. As per the NTA the following seats are available students who qualify NEET UG 2024 under different quota:-

-- All India Quota Seats

-- State Government Quota Seats

NEET UG 2024 Admit Card: NTA revised eligibility criteria for Indian candidates abroad

As per the revised guidelines, Indian nationals, NRIs, overseas citizen of India (OCI), persons with Indian origin (PIO) and foreign nationals are eligible for admission in medical, dental, ayurveda, siddha, unani and homeopathy colleges. Earlier, these candidates were treated as foreigners and were only eligible for NRI seats, and not for Indian national Seats including paid seats of deemed universities.
