Maharashtra Board Result 2023: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) today announced HSC Class 12 board results. Students who appeared for the exam can check the result from 2 pm onwards at the official websites of the board— mahresult.nic.in, mahresults.org.in, hscresult.mkcl.org.
This year, a total of 14,57,293 students registered for the Class 12 exam out of which 6,60,780 students were from Science stream, 3,45,532 were from Commerce stream and 4,04,761 students were Arts stream.

The exams began on February 21 and concluded on March 20. The exams were held in two shifts from 11 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.
The overall pass percentage in 2022 was 94.22 per cent with girls outperforming boys. The girls secured a pass percentage of 95.35 per cent while boys attained 93.29 per cent. Around 14.85 lakh students registered for the exam. The exam results were announced on June 8. The board exams were not conducted in 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The results for the MSBSHSE exams have been declared and a pass percentage of 91.25 per cent was recorded. This is a drop from last year’s 94.22 per cent.
