This year, the SSLC Exam 2 (supplementary) was conducted from May 26 to June 2, in a single shift each day from 10 am to 1:15 pm. The practical and viva-voce components for applicable subjects were held separately on June 3. The Karnataka SSLC exam 3 is scheduled between June 23 and June 30, 2025. To appear for Karnataka SSLC exam 3, students must register through their respective schools. Additionally, students are responsible for uploading the information and completing the application process within the given deadline. For exam 3, the deadline is June 17.
The Karnataka SSLC Exam 1 result for 2025 was declared on April 30. A total of 8,42,173 students appeared for the exam, of which 5,24,984 students passed. The overall pass percentage stood at 62.34%. Students who were not able to clear the main exam were given another chance through the SSLC Exam 2.

In aided schools, only 16,611 of the 84,120 appeared candidates cleared the exam, making it the lowest performing school type in SSLC 2 results.
Out of 69,030 students from unaided schools, 22,093 passed the exam, leading to a pass percentage of 32.00%.
The combined overall pass percentage across all school types in the SSLC 2 exam 2025 is 30.39%, with 84,597 students passing out of 2,78,355.
SSLC Exam 3 will be held from July 5 to July 12, 2025, for repeaters and students seeking result improvement.
A total of 6,15,593 students passed in SSLC Exam 1 and 2 combined out of 8,61,800 registered candidates, achieving a pass percentage of 71.43%.
