This year, the commerce stream recorded a pass percentage of 91.92 per cent compared to 90.60 per cent last year, marking a marginal increase of 1.32 per cent. The science stream, on the other hand, witnessed a pass rate of 79.26 per cent, compared to 72.70 per cent in the last year’s JAC Class 12 exam — a 6.56 per cent rise.

This year, the Jharkhand board conducted the Class 12 board exams between February 11 to March 4, and practical exams were conducted between March 5 and March 20.
In 2024, the Class 12 result was declared by the JAC board on April 30. The exams were held from February 6 to February 26. A total of 3,44,822 students had appeared for the exams. While 94,433 candidates appeared in the Class 12 science exam, 25,907 students were enrolled in commerce and 2,24,502 in arts. Out of these total candidates, over 2.98 lakh students cleared it from all three streams.

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi will announce the Class 12 JAC board exam results at 11:30 am on May 31.
The mark sheet available on the website will be provisional. To collect the Class 12 original mark sheets, students will need to visit their respective schools a few days after the result declaration.
