This year, around 15 candidates have scored perfect 100 percentile of which four are from Telangana, three are from Maharashtra, two from Uttar Pradesh. Those who have not qualified this time, they have another chance in April to re-appear for the JEE Main exam. The application forms will be released in February.

In the previous years, CBSE was the exam authority, however, NTA will be conducting JEE Main twice in a year. The students who had appeared in the examination can check the results through the official website jeemain.nic.in.
NTA scores are normalised scores across multi session papers and are based on the relative performance of all those who appeared for the examination in one session. The marks obtained are converted into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees.

Pallav Semwal from Tehri-Garhwal is the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main topper from Uttarakhand, result of which was released today by the National Testing Agency. The 18-year-old has scored 99.95 percentile in his second attempt. In 2018 too, he cracked JEE Main but wasn’t happy with his JEE-Advanced score.

18-year-old from Punjab’s Patiala is among the 15 students who scored 100 percentile in entire country as per JEE mains results declared Saturday. A total of 8.74 lakh students had appeared for the exam. Jayesh Singla is a class-12 student of Apollo Public School at Patiala. He completed tenth from Yadavindra Public School (YPS) Patiala. The candidates can calculate the score on the basis of relative performance which is calculated on the basis of the scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of the examination.
The candidate’s score equal to or below a percentile will be marked as a percentile score or the normalised score. Each topper of the session will get the same percentile of 100.
