IIT JEE Advanced 2023 admit card Updates: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati today released the JEE Advanced 2023 admit cards. Registered candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website — jeeadv.ac.in.

The advanced exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 4. Paper 1 will be held from 9 am to 12 pm, and paper 2 is scheduled from 2:30 pm till 5:30 pm on the same day.

Candidates would require to key in their registration number, date of birth and phone number to login. After downloading the JEE Advanced admit card, check your name, exam centre and other details carefully. In case of discrepancy, the candidates have to contact the officials.

How JEE Advanced went from pen-and-paper mode to computer-based test

JEE Advanced 2023 Admit card LIVE: What is the tie-breaking policy?

If the JEE Advanced 2023 aggregate marks scored by two or more candidates are the same, then the following tie-break policy will be used for awarding ranks:

Step 1: Candidates having higher positive marks will be awarded higher rank. If the tie breaking criterion at Step 1 fails to break the tie, then the following criterion at Step 2 will be followed.

Step 2: Higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Mathematics. If this does not break the tie, higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Physics. If there is a tie even after this, candidates will be assigned the same rank.
