As a first, the GATE 2024 administering body has released two videos on mental health and wellness for the aspirants. While the first video shows students exercising, playing cricket in the field, reading books and taking a walk, the second video seeks to guide a student for a healthy lifestyle — wake up early, meditate, eat wholesome breakfast, stay active, exercise or play sports. Motivational lines including ‘result is not the end, it is a chance to grow’ and ‘you are stronger than you think you are’ are also present in the videos.
