From CAT 2023 to CLAT, check list of competitive exams scheduled in November, December

Here is a list of entrance exams set to be held in November and December 2023.

CAT 2023 will be held on November 26. The Common Admission Test (CAT) is conducted for admission to business programmes in the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other participating colleges and institutions. The CAT 2023 admit card is out. Candidates can also take mock tests available at iimcat.ac.in.

As per the CAT 2023 exam pattern, the question paper will comprise three sections – VARC, DILR and Quantitative Aptitude. The duration of the test is 120 minutes. Candidates will be allotted exactly 40 minutes for answering questions in each section and they will not be allowed to switch from one section to another while answering questions in a section. 

CLAT 2024: The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2024 exam date is December 3, 2023. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) conducts CLAT for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programmes at 24 NLUs and other participating universities. 

The CLAT UG 2024 and CLAT PG 2024 will be held for 120 questions. Candidates will get two hours to complete CLAT 2024. 

AILET 2024: The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is held once a year to admit students to the law programmes including LLB, LLM and PhD at the National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi).

While the last date to submit the AILET 2024 application form online is November 15, the exam is set to be conducted on December 10. The AILET 2024 admit card release date is November 20.

AMU PhD Entrance Test: Aligarh Muslim University’s PhD entrance exam is scheduled from November 15 to 23.

AIBE XVIII: The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 is set to be conducted on December 10. The Bar Council of India (BCI) conducts AIBE. AIBE, held as a national-level certification exam, is conducted for law graduates or for those law graduates in their final year or final semester. The candidates who qualify AIBE will get a certificate of practice (COP). The COP enables candidates to practice in a court of law in India.

ICAI CA November 2023 Exams: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is conducting the CA final and intermediate exams. While a few exams in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh have been deferred amid the assembly elections, all the other exam dates remain the same. The exams slated to be held on November 7 and November 17 in some specific exam centres in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh will now be held on November 19.
