The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) will tentatively be held in December 2024, according to a statement issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Candidates must have the eligibility certificate issued by the NMC to apply for FMGE 2024. Candidates intending to register for FMGE can apply for the eligibility certificate at nmc.org.in.
According to the NMC notice, the online submission of application for the FMGE eligibility certificate which opened on September 5 will close on November 4 at 6 pm.
“This is the last opportunity to apply for the eligibility certificates and thereafter no further chance would be available to the candidates to apply for the Eligibility Certificates,” an NMC statement said.
It further added: “An advisory in this connection would also be issued separately shortly by Registration EMRB and would be available on the website of NMC.”
The candidates who have already submitted application for issuance of the eligibility certificate to NMC in the past, they need not apply again.
The applicants can make enquiries about status of the eligibility application at – eligibility.regn@nmc.org.in and eligibility@nmc.org.in. While making such enquiries, all the candidates will have to provide their file tracking umber, which was generated while submitting the application to NMC for issuance of eligibility certificate.
