The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 admit card today, July 5. Candidates can download the admit cards from the official website of CTET – ctet.nic.in.
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 will be held on July 7. The application process for the same was started on March 7 and was supposed to end on April 2 but was extended till April 5.
There will be two papers for CTET, Paper I for people who intend to be a teacher for classes 1 to 5 whereas Paper II is for people who want to be a teacher for classes 6 to 10
The timings for Paper II is 9:30 am to12 noon and for Paper I is 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
The questions in CTET will be in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format, the most appropriate choice out of four options need to be chosen. Each question carries one mark and there will be no negative marking for wrong choices.
The candidates need to answer 150 questions for 150 marks. CTET 2025 will be conducted in 136 cities from all over the country and in twenty languages.
The validity period of CTET qualifying certificate will be for life time irrespective of category. No restriction on the number of attempts is there for any person. Candidates can appear again for improvisation of their scores.
