BSE Odisha Board Class 10th Result: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha declared the Class 10 result on May 26. The matric or Madhyama students will be able to check their scorecards at the official website – bseodisha.ac.in.
The overall pass percentage is recorded at 96.07 per cent.
Candidates will be required to key in their registration number/ roll number and password to check the Odisha board Class 10 matric scorecard. More than 5.5 lakh students appeared in the Class 10 examinations. After the announcement of the BSE Odisha class 10 results, students who fail to clear the exams will be able to appear for the Odisha Board compartment exams.
As per the official announcement, the BSE Odisha board announced the Class 10 results on May 26 in the morning. As soon as the result is declared, Odisha students will be able to access it from the official website – bseodisha.ac.in.
In areas where there is low internet connectivity, students can access the Odisha board matric results via SMS as well.
Last year, the result was declared on May 18, for the exams which were conducted between March 10 to March 20, and before that, the result was declared on July 6, for the exams conducted between April 26 to May 6.
This year, the board conducted the class 10 exam between February 20 and March 4. More than 5.5 lakh students appeared for the examination.
The BSE Odisha board exam for Class 10 was conducted in 3,047 examination centres in the state. Students who fail to pass the BSE Odisha Class 10 exams will be able to appear for the Odisha Board compartment exams. The details of the BSE compartment exams will be announced during the result declaration.
In 2023, a total number of 2,53,633 male students and 2,58,827 female students passed the Odisha Board exams, the HSC students recorded an overall pass percentage of 96.04 per cent. Over 5.32 lakh students registered for the class 10 board exams. The pass percentage of boys in the SC category is 93.36 per cent, while girls outperformed boys by scoring 95.08 per cent. Among ST candidates, the pass percentage of boys stands at 92.75 per cent while the pass percentage of girls is 95.66 per cent.
In 2022, the overall pass percentage was 90.55 per cent, with 8,119 students receiving A1 grade and 54,889 students got A2 grade.
