Under the Vocational Category, in the 2nd year, 33,289 candidates appeared, with 25,707 passing, which leads to a pass percentage of 77%. In the 1st year, 38,553 candidates appeared, and 23,991 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 62%.
In the 1st year, 4,87,295 general candidates, 38,553 vocational candidates, and no private candidates appeared, making the total number of candidates appearing in the AP inter 1st exams at 5,25,848. In the 2nd year, 4,22,030 general candidates, 33,289 vocational candidates, and 35,935 private candidates appeared, bringing the total to 4,91,254 candidates. Overall, 9,09,325 general candidates, 71,842 vocational candidates, and 35,935 private candidates appeared across both years, resulting in a grand total of 10,17,102 candidates.
The AP intersupplementary IPASE May 2025 Theory Examinations will be held from May 12 to 20 in two sessions (9 am to 12 pm) and (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). Students can appear for failed subjects and also for improvement of marks. IPASE Practical Examinations will be conducted from May 28 to June 1 at the district headquarters only. For the last four years, the Andhra Pradesh board has not released any AP inter first and second toppers list. There is no official confirmation so far on the AP IPE 2025 list of toppers.

Students scoring marks between 91 and 100 will get an A1 grade, while those with 81 to 90 marks will receive an A2. Students who score marks in the range of 71 to 80 will be given B1 grade, while those who score marks between 61 and 70 will receive B2 grade. In both the IPE 1st and 2nd years, girls had outperformed boys. In Class 11, a total of 2,35,033 girls took the exam, with 1,67,187 or 71 percent passing. For boys, out of 2,26,240 who appeared, 1,43,688 or 64 percent passed.
In the 2nd year, 1,88,849 boys participated in the IPE final exam in 2024, with 1,41,465 or 75 percent passing. Conversely, among the 2,04,908 girls who took the test, 1,65,063 or 81 percent successfully qualified.
