BCI will hold the AIBE 20 exam on November 30, 2025, in offline mode nationwide. Admit cards will be released on November 15. At registration, candidates must submit a passport-size photo, signature image, self-attested enrollment certificate and photo ID, category certificate (if applicable), and LLB degree or final-year marksheets.
Passing the AIBE grants an advocate’s certificate of practice, which is essential for appearing in courts and tribunals across the country. As per the BCI notification, the minimum passing percentage has been fixed at 45% for General and OBC candidates, and 40% for SC/ST and differently-abled candidates.
The 100 marks examination will cover various aspects of the law, like: Constitutional law, Indian Penal Code, intellectual property, Evidence Act, Family Law, Administration Law, Cyber Law, Law related to Taxation, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act, Land Acquisition Act, among others.
