V Srinivas, Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Department of Pensions and Pensioners Welfare, who is spearheading governance reforms, was felicitated by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman during a programme recently.

The occasion was the launch of a book — ‘The Art of Implementation: How Modi Ki Guarantee is Delivered’ — edited by BJP leader and former Rajya Sabha member Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and Mukul Priyadarshi. Srinivas has also contributed a chapter — ‘New Paradigms in Governance’ — in the book.

The other bureaucrats who have contributed to the book are India’s G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant, former NITI Aayog CEO Parameswaran Iyer and Karmayogi Bharat CEO Abhishek Singh.
