Venus Rosewater wins Pelican Trophy

Venus Rosewater,who was ridden by jockey B Prakash,has won the Pelican Trophy.

Venus Rosewater,who was ridden by jockey B Prakash,has won the Pelican Trophy. Ashwa Pervez came in second while Svelte Lady came in third at the races,which are going on at the Pune Race Course.

In the Ismail Khan Plate (Division-I) race,Celtic Manor,Moonlight Beauty and Dancing Money won top honours. The Pune Racing Journalists (Division-I) Trophy saw Suraj,Tommy Carmichael and Blades of Glory bag the first,second and third positions respectively.

The Pune Racing Journalists (Division-II) Trophy was won by Bonny Light,while Ran Banka and Solid Rock were the first and second runner ups respectively. In the Ismail Khan Plate (Division-II) race,Midnight Club,Ijlal and Musical Rhythm won the top honours. In the Bud Royale Plate (Division-I) contest,Emerald Star,Star Glory and Big Old Man made it to the podium. The Bud Royale Plate (Division-II) race saw Admirals Quest,Star Builder and Tyumen winning the top three positions.

The DN Zodge Plate contest saw Grandos,Apache Indian and Sea Shower get the top honours,while the K Raghunath Plate had Hammerhead,Phosphor and Wild Torronaado as the tree winners. The Assessed Plate saw Cosmopolitan,Cloud Cover and Agha took the first,second and third positions . ENS
