Harivansh Rai Bachchan’s famous poems- Andhere ka Deepak,Jugnu and Prateeksha will come alive once again as actor Amitabh Bachchan will be reciting his father’s compilations at Amanora Park Town on Monday. This is for the first time that Big B has been invited to recite his father’s poems in Pune. It is a great honour for us to invite Bachchan as our guest. He signifies conviction,sincerity and consistency through his work,” said Aniruddh Deshpande,managing director,Amanora Park Town. “Mr. Bachchan is looking forward to this event since he believes that Pune has a learned audience who will understand the depth of the poems as he himself is very passionate about all the poems penned by his father. Also,we feel that it will be a good medium to offer respect to a great poet father by a great actor son,” he added.
