What do celebrities eat to look the way they do? Our hunger for an answer to this overwhelming question can never be satiated in spite of a number of self-help books that abound in this genre. On Tuesday evening,Mumbai-based nutritionist Pooja Makhija’s new book Eat. Delete: How To Get Off the Weight Loss Cycle For Good (Harper-Collins India) was unveiled at Ambience Mall,Vasant Kunj,by Bollywood actor Sushmita Sen,who is said to be one of Makhija’s celebrity clients. “Food has become an enemy,it sparks fear,” said the dietician who claims that 98 percent of her patients are women and are young. She added,”The purpose of writing the book is to make readers fall in love with food again. The more one eats, the more one deletes.” Sen said: Pooja Makhija is responsible for my current size 6.” She said she went to Makhija at a time when the media was abuzz about her weighty frame.
