The Porsche car, allegedly being driven by a minor boy, which rammed into the motorcycle that the victims were riding was going at an approximate speed of 160 kmph, police sources involved in the investigation said on Monday. Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwani Koshta, engineers working in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar area, were killed after the speeding Porsche car, with the 17-and-a-half-year-old son of a Pune realtor at the wheel, knocked down their motorcycle in the Yerwada area early on Sunday. CCTV footage shows the victims' bike taking a U-turn on Kalyani Nagar-Airport Road soon followed by the grey Porsche at extremely high speed. Although the video does not show the accident, passersby can be seen rushing in the direction of the car’s trajectory soon after it zooms past. Earlier in the day, Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar told reporters they also have the CCTV footage from two restaurants, which show the boy had been drinking with friends late on Saturday. The bodies of Awadhiya and Koshta were taken to their respective hometowns Pali and Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh after autopsies were performed at Pune’s Sassoon General Hospital.
