Pune: Carpenter booked for molesting 13-year-old

The investigation officer said the accused is a native of Rajasthan. He allegedly kissed and sexually harassed the minor girl while doing furniture work at her apartment on January 9.

The girl later narrated the incident to her parents, who then approached police and filed a complaint. Police are yet to arrest the accused, who has been booked under sections 354, 354 (a), 354 (d) of the IPC pertaining to outraging modesty and under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
