Public Relations Society of India announces 3 national awards to MSETCL

The utility said the awards will be presented at the inaugural ceremony of the International Public Relations Festival to be held at Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar International Convention Center in New Delhi between November 25-27.

The Public Relations department of the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company (MSETCL) bagged three national-level awards – ‘Best Social Media and PR’, ‘Branding’, and ‘Best Film’ (English) – instituted by the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI).

The department also bagged the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee National Awareness campaign award.

When contacted, MSETCL Chairman-cum-Managing Director Dr Sanjeev Kumar told the Indian Express, “MSETCL is continuously engaged in creative and innovative ventures. This year, for the first time, the directory and the calendar were also published in digital format. Further, the in-house journal will be transformed with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and get a further facelift.”

The PRSI is an institute working at the national and international levels in various arenas. It also has its wings in various states of India along with branches in the United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, and other nations.
