Global Graphics ,a developer of e-document and printing software,in cooperation with NASSCOMs Green IT Initiative will organising Tech Spark 2010, a competition for students of engineering and management to create awareness about reducing the consumption of paper in todays digital world.
The event is part of the companys paperless world initiative,said a release. Students of over 60 colleges in and around Pune are likely to participate in the competition. Participating students are required to log on to http://www.globalgraphics.co.in on or before March 23,download the eco-friendly document software from Global Graphics and answer the questions related to Green IT, the release said.
The prize distribution ceremony of the contest will be held on March 29 and the top five winners will get a chance to interact with head honchos of major IT companies during a networking dinner. There would also be a a number of consolation prizes to be won,it added.
