Master Chef Pune
What better way to learn an art than by from the master himself? Westin,Koregaon Park,is organising a cooking workshop at its restaurant Kangan,for which Chef Santosh Jori will demonstrate some signature dishes from the ongoing Crossing Borders Food Festival. This is a celebration of the food in India,Pakistan and Afganistan. Participants will also be served a sample of the dishes that will be taught to them. The workshop will take place on April 7,11pm onwards.
Chinese delights
Godrej Natures Basket,Dhole Patil Road,will turn into a Chinese treat for foodies on April 5. Chef Ranjib Das of Mainland China will conduct a Spicy and Aromatic culinary workshop between 4 and 6 pm. Chef Das will demonstrate delicacies like Claybowl vegetables,Eggplant with Teriyaki & Chillibean sauce,Veg Tempura with pickled ginger and plum sauce and many more delicacies. So,you can tickle your tastebuds as well as polish your cooking skills.
