KCB approves Rs 63-cr budget

The Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) has approved a budget of Rs 63 crore for financial year 2012-13.

The Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) has approved a budget of Rs 63 crore for financial year 2012-13. While Rs 30 crore has been earmarked for establishments,Rs 2.73 crore has been allotted for construction and renovation works of the cantonment. Rs 1.70 crore has been assigned for hospital expenditure like vaccination drive,pulse polio drive etc.

Education related works have been assigned Rs 1.4 crore. Roads will be taking away a major chunk of Rs 9.3 crore said KCB officials.

The decision was taken in a recently held meeting,attended by Balraj singh,president,KCB,Manish Anand,vice-president,KCB and others.
