Journalism of Courage
The 55th foundation day of the Indian Railway Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN) will be celebrated at the new campus of the institute in Koregaon Park on Tuesday morning. Kul Bhushan,Member Electrical and Member Engineering,Railway Board will be the chief guest at the function to be conducted in the presence of Central Railway General Manager Subhodh Jain. Many retired senior railway officials will also be present. IRSE officials of the 1986 batch,completing their 25 years in service,will be felicitated by the chief guest. The function will be followed by technical seminar.
