Marathi television viewers can take their pick of comedy,drama and crime this month,as ETV Marathi launches three shows,NatyaRang,Crime Diary and Superfast Comedy Express. NatyaRang will premiere on March 11 and features one-act plays that have been adapted for television,giving theatre buffs a chance to enjoy the art form in the comfort of their own homes. Aadesh Bandekar will narrate the stories.
Crime Diaries is an investigative show inspired by true stories. Hosted by Subodh Bhave,it launches on March 13,while Superfast Comedy Express will begin airing from March 15. Hosted by Amrita Khanvilkar,the comedy show has a new avatar and a new celebrity judge Sudesh Bhosle. All three shows will air in the 9.30 to 10.45 pm slot from Monday to Saturday,with Natyarang on Mondays and Tuesdays,Crime Diaries on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Superfast Comedy Express on Friday and Saturday.
