A senior officer with the Pimpri Chinchwad police said, “Since school has a small number of students in each class, the place could be immediately evacuated. BDDS teams, including the dog squad, conducted a thorough sweep. School authorities extended full cooperation. No suspicious object was found. A look at the contents of the emails suggests that it is similar to the hoax bomb threat emails that have been received by some prominent educational institutions in Pimpri Chinchwad in the past.”
