Shailendra Singh,Harinder Singh and Prasan Firodia played perfect hosts to their guests at the Saturday launch of Cocoparra,Kharadi,on Saturday. The venue (previously Gaia,Garden of Eden) looked pretty as always. The cocktails kept spirits high and so did the starters,salads and delicious munchies. Executive chef Amogh served up Cajun spiced chicken wraps with guacamole,Chicken liver parfait with apples,Lemon zested fish cakes with green olive yoghurt,Shepherds pie with melted cheddar,Ginger sesame soy prawns,Stirfried pork tenderloin,Peppered strawberry and Almond chocolate truffles. Among those who enjoyed the night were Atul Chordia,Sagar Chordia,Adar and Yohan Poonawalla,Monika Trivedi,Govind Thakkar,Nana Patekar,Suresh Menon,Raj Kaushal and Mandira Bedi,and Nikhil Chinappa.
