My school my space

An exhibition supporting a dynamic environment movement by students was organised at the Rewachand Bhojwani Academy recently. The group of students were involved in mapping the tree and plant life on the campus and all the other lives that the trees support under the guidance of Karishma Lamba who worked on environment projects in Pune. The environmental awakening in students was supported by the teachers and presented in the exhibition that comprised of various aspects like recognising the flora and fauna,recycling paper and plastic,representing nature through art and conducting the study on how eco-friendly the schools are. An environmental and educational handbook/workbook is published based on the event.

Shining stars

Getting an International recognition young and dynamic achievers – Nikunj Gugale and Saee Tatke,of Symbiosis Primary School participated in the Ideal play Abacus Competition at Malaysia (Penang) and excelled amongst 5000 children across the world. Nikunj was ranked fifth while Saee was ranked XIX.

Annual day

Victorious Kidss Educares celebrated its year round teaching and learning,through its annual show recently. The prominent features were a variety of performances through dance,drama,physical education,music,military education while displaying the culture of many countries. There were plays from all the ages,ancient Sanskrit play Nachiketa,Hindi play Alladin,Shakespearean play – Romeo and Juliet and English play – Wizard of Oz. There were dances as well,depicting various world cultures including African,Japanese,French and Indian classical. Amazing feats through had children display their skills and abilities. Annee,a stage performer from Mumbai was the chief guest while Nishant Behera,the guest of honour.
