As many as 480 students attended the convocation ceremony Udaan 2010 of MITCON Institute of Management (MIMA) today. The 2007-09 and 2008-10 batches were given their graduating diplomas at the ceremony today.
Speaking on the occasion,chief guest Pramod Sadarjoshi,executive director,IDBI highlighted on several attributes that managers have to acquire to be able to be successful. I urge students to strive to achieve their own brand and to maintain peak levels of mental and physical health at all times in order to succeed in today’s competitive world.” The convocation saw 120 PDGM (Biotechnolgy Management),120 PDGM (Pharmaceutical Management),120 PGDM (Agri-Business Management) and 120 PGDM (Business Administration) students being awarded their respective graduating diplomas. The ceremony held at the institute auditorium had invitees from the industry and academic community.
Anand Kusre,chairman,MITCON,also spoke on the occasion. MITCON has armed students with an instrument to wield in order to succeed. You should maintain a keen edge and keep acquiring the latest knowledge. You should avoid thinking only about yourself and fulfill your social responsibilites , said Kusre.
